Accountability Log WW flex plan January, 17 2008

Just two more days till weigh in! I am excited to see if I lost this week. I am pretty sure I did. My wrists and lower arms look smaller to me.

I will update this log as the day goes along.

Food:

Breakfast-1 banana 2 pts-organic 2% milk 1 cup 3 pts=5pts total

Lunch: Lean cuisine, sante fe style rice and beans=pts 5

What are your favorite pre-packaged meals?

I need ideas please! I am doing weight watchers. I truly, truly do not like pre-packaged, processed foods, I have a pretty advanced and adventurous palate. But right not I need my lunches and some dinners to be pre-made and easy to heat. I am a stay-at-home-mom of three, I homeschool my kids, I am a writer, and I run a 200 family homeschool group, along with teaching other homeschoolers 1 day a week….so yeah I am busy!

I am used to buying only market fresh organic foods, grass fed meats and we even buy our milk and butter raw. So we only eat fresh ingredients. So even the fanciest retraunts in town have nothing on my food…lol  Right now though since I have gained all this weight it is impossible to eat this way. I need fast, quick and processed.

 My problem is finding “the good stuff,” things that are prepackaged that actually taste yummy.

So far I like the lean cuisine pizzas and the lean cuisine santefe beans and rice is good too. I know everyone’s tastes are different but if you have a prepackaged meal you love please let me know!!!!

Signing in late today. I am in full writing mode working on my novel so busy, busy.

Food:

Breakfast-three peices of turkey bacon 2pts- one egg cooked gently in 1/2 tsp of olive oil 2 pts=4 pts total

Lunch: Lean cuisine, sante fe style rice and beans=pts 5

Dinner: Lean cuisine, three cheese chkn with broccoli 6 pts-1/2 cup rice 2 pts-green beans 0pts= 8 pts

snack:popcorn, homeade cooked in olive oil- I figured it up to 4 points but I need to check this to make sure

Total= 21 pts

 Exercise: Walked for 25 min on treadmill

Yikes, I am up late. I was feeling itchy late last night so I had to take benydryl and did not get up until 10:00am. Thank goodness hubby was here and took care of the kids and everything…bless his heart!

Where did I lose the 8lb’s from, my f-ing feet?

Okay, I’m a little pissed but where did I lose these 8 lbs from. I am trying not to whine and bitch here but when you lose eight lbs aren’t you suppose to see it? God how embarassing to be so fat that no one can tell you lost weight. Only my husband has commented that my face looks thinner. I haven’t told my friends, they are all skinny, but they are good friends and have never said one word about my weight. I’m not discouraged by I do want to know where the hell those eight lbs were lost from!

Good morning slimbuddies! Long time no see. No I did not fall of the world, I had mayjor computer troubles and could not log in. All is fixed and I am so happy to be back here. I’ve stuck to my plan and lost 3 more lbs this week. Yippee. Thank goodness aunt flo is gone and I feel like kicking weight loss butt this week!

 I will edit this log thruought the day :)

Food:

Breakfast-three peices of turkey bacon 2pts- one egg cooked gently in 1/2 tsp of olive oil 2 pts(will add points later)=4 pts total

Lunch-will be a lean cuisine delux pizza =6pts

Snack-banana=2pts

 Dinner-chicken thigh, bone in baked-1 cup beans-1/2 cup rice-salad with fat free italian and 1/4 cup cruoutons=16 pts

 Oops, went one point over-will leave croutons out next time

Exercise:

Walked 38:06 min-1.48 dist-speed 2.5-calories 209-fat 65.5

Afternoon slimbuddies. I am still feeling yucky, I think this cycle is hitting me so hard because it is my first “real” one since having my almost two year old. He still nurses for comfort and I think it is messing with me.  Still sticking to my points though…that is really exciting to me because during this time is when I would usually go crazy with ice cream and chocolate…like super crazy. I hope to be back on track tomorrow with my exercising too. Thanks for all the support when I am not feeling well, you people rock!

Thanks for all the support everyone, it means alot to me. Aunt flo is really doing a number on me right now so I have not exercised but I also have not blown my diet. I have not gone over my points and have NOT touched the bag of chocolate chips…lol I am just hoping I won’t be dissapointed when I do my weigh in from not exercising the last two days. Thanks for the booster notes and all the private messages of encouragment….you are all great!

I do not even want to put this up today…I need to go eat but do not want to. Nothing sounds good.

I feel cruddy and want to dump an bag of chocolate chips down my throat

I was up all night with my little one who is not feeling well and now Aunt Flow…that bitch…has dropped by for an unnacounced visit.

I have not eaten anything today because my stomach hurts and during this time I would have usually sent my hubby out for chocolate ice cream and godivas to make me feel better.

Since starting my diet I have had these chocolate chips in my freezer that I intend to make weight watchers cookies with but there is no way I am opening that bad…I would seriously dump the whole thing down my throat and live off the caffeine rush for days.

 So instead of eating I am now blogging, I even took a long shower and blew out my hair to pass some time.

I am off to make some sugar free lemonade so I feel like I am having something sweet.

I am really going to have to read a ton of blogs today to inspire me to exercise…..
