Accountability Log WW flex plan February 19, 2008
It took me forever to be able to post~! Something is up with my internet connection.
I lost 3 more lbs! I am so excited to see these numbers go down every week. I never thought it would. I wish I had been this determined earlier.
Food:
Breakfast-3 turkey bacon and 1 egg=4pts
Lunch-progresso soup=2pts
Exercise:
I love weight watchers flex. I get to eat normal food with everyone else. Makes losing weight so much easier. I just started last Monday and lost 5 pounds last week.
3 lbs!!?! WAY TO GO!!! That’s awesome girl!! Keep up the great work!!!!
