Accountability Log WW flex plan February 10, 2008
Wow, I slept late! lol The whole family woke up at 11:30 after our late night watching movies so I went straight to lunch today and will have something small to keep my metabolism up.
Food:
Lunch-Progresso traditional chkn noodle soup=2 pts
Snack-fuze banana coloda drink-2 pts (this stuff is like crack! Be careful if you think you can’t control yourself do not buy these for the house.)
Exercise:

Yeah, you have to watch those drinks! They are sneaky!
