Accountability Log WW flex plan Feb 8th 2008
I am so glad to be back on slim buddy. I missed the people here most of all but also missed the convenience of looking at my accountability log! And guess what? I made my mini goal!!!!!!!
Food:
Breakfast-special k 1 chocolatey delight cereal 2.5 points
Review-OMG! I love this stuff! Aunt flow is here and this cereal with little chocolate peices helps to cure those pms chocolate cravings. This is my new favorite product!
Lunch-Healthy Choice Zesty Gumbo soup 2pts
review-this soup is so good! only 100 calories and very filling. It is mild so not much kick to it but it has bits of zesty sausage and tomatoes that are very tasty. As a bonus healthy choice soups tend to all be just 100 calories and are less expensive than the freezer meals.
Dinner: Dinner cost me a whopping 18 points, a homeade hamburger with a package of 100 calorie pringles
desert-2 points for a smart ones, lemon pie-mmmmm mmmm these are good. I barely resisted having a second so these will have to be an extra special treat.
Exercise: I did not exercise today. My feet are so sensitive from AF that even walking around the house is torture!

wow thats awesome, and really helps me to see that it IS possible! Thanks and keep up the good work! one question, while your eating your meals, does your family eat the same things, or are you making them something totally different? I ask cause I so far have been making myself all different foods exept for dinner I make them eat what I’m eating. So just looking for any suggestions!
