Accountability Log WW flex plan January, 2 2008

Happy New years everyone! I will edit my accountability log as the day goes along :)

 Food points:

Breakfast 1 egg cooked in 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and one slice of toast=4 points

Banana for snack=2 points

Lunch-1 cup of broccoli and one slice of cheese melted over=o points for broccoli and 2 points for 1 sclice of cheese

Dinner-one burrito made with 1/2 cup of group turkey 1/2 cup of brown rice a 10 in tortilla, sprinkle of shredded cheese and topped with a cup of lettuce and a mess of salsa :) points=13, (although I think this may be 9 points instead)

Exercise points:

Been up cleaning this morning and have plans to exercise throughout the day.

walked 2.27 miles for .59 minutes~!

walked my five minutes plus three more. I told myself I would walk at least 5 min after dinner but the 8 min went by really quick!
