It took me forever to be able to post~! Something is up with my internet connection.

 I lost 3 more lbs! I am so excited to see these numbers go down every week. I never thought it would. I wish I had been this determined earlier.

Food:

Breakfast-3 turkey bacon and 1 egg=4pts

Lunch-progresso soup=2pts

Exercise:

I am my own Valentine this year!

This Valentine’s instead of asking hubby for chocolate or him getting me something sexy…I decided I am going to be my own Valentine’s this year. I even sent myself an e-card that says.

 You are a wonderful person. You deserve so much more than you give yourself credit for. You are a wonderful mom, a wonderful wife and you always give to everyone else. This year you will pamper yourself by eating healthy, exercising and treating yourself nice. I vow to send you a love note every month telling you how wonderful you are.

Today is a great day! I launched my first free read on my writers blog and good things are happening in my families life.

I took on a writer’s challenge and decided I did not want a typical heroine. I wanted a curvy heroine, one who was a little shy and insecure about her body but REAL. My character Hayleigh’s personality is a mixture of some of the great sexy women on this site :)

 Warning! If you go to read my writers blog beware! This first chapter has a very explicit sex scene with graphic sex and graphic language…seriously, don’t say I did not warn you! lol

Yeah for Tuesday! Tonight is Mom’s night out with friends, I am excited to see my friends and get in lots of girl talk…oh and I checked out the menu in advance to plan my meal so I would not be stressing out and could just enjoy myself.

Food:

Breakfast-3 sclices of turkey bacon 2 pts-one egg cooked slowly in olive oil 2 pts=5pts

Just another manic Monday…lol No not really. It is 8:30 here and I am having a coffee sweetened with splenda. Today I will have school with the kids, pick up the house a little and work on  some writing.

Food:

Breakfast-coffee sweetened with splenda-0pts 1 cup of special k chocolatey delight cereal. 2 pts

Lunch-progresso chkn soup-2pts

snack-weight watchers lemon pie yogurt-2pts

Dinner-skinless boneless chkn breast 3 pts-2 cups broccoli 0 pts-1 cup of rice 8 pts-salad with two tablespoons of fat free italian dressing 0 pts-total pts  total daily pts=11

snack-100 calorie chips ahoy chocolate chip cookies 2pts

total daily points= 19 pts

Accountability Log WW flex plan February 10, 2008

Wow, I slept late! lol The whole family woke up at 11:30 after our late night watching movies so I went straight to lunch today and will have something small to keep my metabolism up.

Food:

Lunch-Progresso traditional chkn noodle soup=2 pts

Snack-fuze banana coloda drink-2 pts (this stuff is like crack! Be careful if you think you can’t control yourself do not buy these for the house.)
